3. Client Responsibilities
To ensure smooth collaboration, clients must:
Provide accurate and complete project briefs, timelines, and requirements.
Secure all necessary licenses, permits, and approvals for content use.
Maintain timely communication and feedback during production phases.
Respect agreed deadlines for approvals, revisions, and payments.
Failure to meet these responsibilities may delay project delivery or incur additional costs.
4. Intellectual Property & Usage Rights
All original content produced by Soura Productions remains our intellectual property until full payment is received.
Upon completion and payment, ownership rights are transferred to the client unless otherwise agreed.
Clients are granted usage rights strictly for the purposes outlined in the project agreement.
Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or modification of our work is prohibited without written consent.
Soura Productions reserves the right to showcase completed projects in our portfolio, unless confidentiality agreements state otherwise.
5. Payment Terms
Payment schedules will be clearly outlined in project contracts.
A deposit may be required before production begins.
Late payments may result in suspension of services or withholding of final deliverables.
Additional costs (e.g., travel, equipment rental, third‑party licensing) will be communicated and approved before billing.
All fees are non‑refundable once production has commenced, except in cases of breach of contract by Soura Productions.
6. Confidentiality
We respect the confidentiality of client information and project details.
All sensitive data shared with Soura Productions will be protected and not disclosed to third parties without consent.
Confidentiality agreements can be signed upon request to safeguard proprietary information.
7. Revisions & Amendments
Minor revisions are included as part of the service agreement.
Major changes outside the original scope may incur additional charges.
Revision limits will be specified in the project contract to ensure clarity.
Soura Productions reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time, with notice provided to clients.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we strive for excellence, Soura Productions is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the scope of the agreed project and capped at the total fees paid by the client.
We are not responsible for delays caused by external factors such as government restrictions, third‑party vendors, or force majeure events.
9. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate a project agreement with written notice.
In the event of termination, clients are responsible for payment of work completed up to the termination date.
Deposits are non‑refundable unless termination is due to breach of contract by Soura Productions.
10. Governing Law
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia. Any disputes will be resolved under applicable jurisdiction in Saudi courts.
